A complete plan, built step by step.
Give the campaign its structure
Organise the campaign your way: phases, stages, waves, or a structure of your own. Everything after hangs on it, from the channels to the report.

The result: the whole plan, on one page.
What the steps produce is the plan itself: one page a client reads from top to bottom, with nothing left in another tab.

The header
The campaign, where it is filed in your own structure, its market, its currency and its dates.
Approval progress
Who approves inside the team, who signs for the client, and where the plan stands.
Headline metrics
The KPIs you chose to lead with, calculated from the plan.
The budget
Total, fees and net media budget, split by phase and by channel.
The timeline
Every channel under its phase, on the campaign's dates.
The performance table
Every line with its budget, its dates and its forecast, down to the total.
Discussed and approved in one place.
Comments, internal or external, on the exact element
A comment is either for the team only or visible to the client, and it is attached to one element of the plan: a channel, a chart, a line. A marker sits on that element, and “Jump to” takes anyone straight to it, so nobody has to guess what a remark refers to.

Reviewed inside first, then approved by the client, online
The plan goes to your own approvers first, with a message. Only an internally approved plan can be shared with the client, who reviews it and signs off in the platform. Each step is recorded, with who took it and when.
