Clarity for your clients. Hours back for your team.

Maestro centralises and standardises each client's media, from the plan to the reconciliation. Your team stops rebuilding and chasing, your client sees everything in one place, and every stage of the campaign runs smoother.

One client campaign, end to end.

  1. Plan once, and discuss it in place

Every client's plan is built in the same structure and kept in one place. Comments sit on the exact element they are about, for your team only or shared with the client, so the back-and-forth leaves the inbox.

For your client. They read the plan and comment on it directly.

A media plan awaiting its client sign-off, beside its comments panel: the client and the agency settle the total budget in a thread attached to it, each comment marked as visible to the client
  2. Approve inside first, then with the client

A senior reviews the plan before it reaches the client. The client then approves it on the platform, and each version is kept with its date and its reason. Nobody asks which version is the latest.

For your client. They approve online, with a signature if you require one.

An approved media plan: internal approval and client sign-off both cleared, and the version history with the reason for the amendment
  3. Report without building a deck

Whatever the source of the numbers, they land in one report, read against the plan. It replaces the deck your team used to spend hours on, and any comment can become an action item that stays on the report until it is done.

For your client. They open the report whenever they want, at no additional cost.

A campaign report as the client sees it, beside its Actions panel: the action raised from the client's comment, with its owner, due date and status, in progress
  4. Reconcile POs, plans and invoicesComing soon

Each client's purchase orders, media plans and platform invoices are matched by drag and drop, with what is covered, what is invoiced and what is still open in plain view. Your finance team has its own access, to work in it or simply to read what it needs.

For your client. They check the same reconciliation you do, and comment on it.

The reconciliation overview: a health score, purchase order utilisation and plans reconciled, then each media plan with what was planned, invoiced and reconciled, one opened to its channels

Who did what, and when, is never a discussion.

  • The right role for every person

Each person has a role per client, on your team and on the client's side. Your team builds and reviews, the client's approvers sign off, and a plan reaches the client only once it is approved inside.

Roles and permissions: the roles of the agency's team and the roles of the clients it invites
  • A dated record of every step

Every submission, approval, share and change is dated and attributed, whether it comes from your team or from the client. It is your proof of delivery, and the end of who said what.

The activity of a media plan: created, submitted for internal approval, approved internally, shared with the client, approved and signed by the client, each with its author and its date
